I have a very heavy duty Delta Rockwell Wood Lathe Model 46-460. It comes with a newer chuck (only used for two projects- Childrens crib spindles. ) and also quite a bit of tooling.
It has a 46" bed with 36" between centers and has a 6" Swing. It was able to be used with a duplicator, but that is not included or available.
It is long enough to turn whatever you wanted to do and also is wide enough to do almost 12" bowls.
This is not your lightweight cheap lathe. The legs are cast and very heavy as is the Head, Ways, Toolrest, and Tailstock. It will take two people to carry the Lathe.
The tooling is all Craftsman and one Shopsmith/ The chuck is a Utility Grip 4 jaw chuck. One set of jaws was never out of the bag. I took one out for the photo.
It has variable speed through belts variation on the head and motor.
It has a very heavy duty Powerful 1/2 HP motor that runs extremely strong. Even the motor is heavy to pick up.
The Lathe is unbolted from the table, but sitting on top of it. The motor is also unbolted and ready to go.
I have not used it for a few years and time to clear out the excess.
